We believe cost should never be a barrier to getting the mental health treatment you need. That’s why we work with a variety of insurance providers and offer multiple payment options.

Insurance We Accept

We are in-network with the following insurance plans:

  • TRICARE (including TRICARE for Life)
  • UnitedHealthcare/Optum

rTMS Coverage Information

Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) is FDA-approved for the treatment of depression. And many insurance plans, including TRICARE, cover rTMS for depression and depression associated with PTSD.

Coverage is based on your specific plan and medical necessity requirements. We will verify your insurance benefits before treatment begins so you know exactly what’s covered.

MeRT Coverage Information

Magnetic e-Resonance Therapy (MeRT®) is considered investigational by most insurance providers. This means it is usually not covered, even though it uses FDA-cleared rTMS equipment. We will review your options and provide a transparent estimate if you are pursuing MeRT as a self-pay treatment.

Other Payment Methods

If your treatment is not covered by insurance or you prefer alternative payment arrangements, we offer:

  • CareCredit – Healthcare financing with flexible payment plans
  • Cash Pay – Pay directly for treatment without involving insurance
  • HSA/FSA – Use your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account funds

Our team can help you decide which payment option works best for your situation.

How to Calculate the Cost of rTMS

If you’d like to estimate your rTMS cost before your consultation:

  1. Visit Fair Health Consumer
  2. Click on “Medical and Hospital Costs”
  3. Search for the CPT code your provider gives you for rTMS (often 90867, 90868, or 90869)
  4. Enter your ZIP code to view average local costs

This tool can help you understand typical charges in your area, though your actual cost will depend on your insurance benefits and treatment plan.
