About Rocio Middleton

I am a proud spouse and caregiver to my disabled veteran husband and a mom of a growing teenager. After years of struggling with my own depression, I discovered healing through TMS.

I joined the BrainCare Performance Center Carlsbad team as an outreach coordinator because I believe awareness is the key to finding solutions to a profound problem: mental health. My mission is to share my story, connect with those who are struggling, and provide them with alternative solutions. No one should have to face this journey alone.
